4,4'-Methylenedianiline

4,4'-Methylenedianiline (MDA) is an organic compound and a primary amine containing two benzene rings, supplied by Actylis as a white to light yellow solid with slight water solubility. It is widely used as a reagent in the synthesis of esters, amides, and other organic compounds. MDA plays a key role in the production of anti-inflammatory drugs and exhibits strong antioxidant properties. It is also a critical raw material in the synthesis of antibiotics, anti-malarial, and anti-cancer drugs like doxorubicin. Additionally, it acts as a curing agent for epoxy resins, a rubber additive, and a reagent in the production of dyes and polymers.
